FRED takes your privacy very seriously. FRED does not sell or rent your contact information to other parties.
Refunds are given on a case by case basis. If you have any problems or concerns with your shipment please contact customer service at (270)259-8833.

These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by FRED Distribution without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Damage Claim Policy
Please report all damage claims to email@example.com.
All damage claims need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
Please provide pictures of damaged items and damaged shipping boxes that contain damaged items.
Please include tracking numbers of specific boxes that were damaged.
If these items were damaged in route to your freight forwarder we will need this documentation from them prior to your shipment leaving the US.
If damage is not reported by freight forwarder prior to items being sent to your international address via freight forwarder, we will consider these items to have been damaged in route from the freight forwarder to your international location.
